Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, or new product drops), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Within the UK

We ship all UK orders via trusted courier and postal services.

Standard delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch. Though this is variable are we do trade at events most weekends, so up-to-date dispatch times are displayed on the checkout page.

You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.

Please allow 7–21 business days for international deliveries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Midnight Kawaii is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to your order once it arrives in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to your local customs office or delivery courier before receiving your package.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused in transit, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve any shipping issues.

Wrong Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
