If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for our mystery bags and boxes.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Midnight Kawaii. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached to the product to be eligible for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for shipping; these costs are non-refundable.
Refund will be made to the original payment method used.
Returning Goods
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at midnightkawaiishop@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation. Please clearly state your reason for return, and provide the following information:
- Photo of proof of purchase/invoice.
- Photo of products received and original packaging.
- Any other photographic evidence to support return request.
Once we have reviewed your request and authorise the return, please securely package your item and include a copy of your invoice. Send your package to the address provided via email with your return authorisation. Once we receive your item and have confirmed any statements made by your refund request, we will issue a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
We do not cover any return shipping fees.
