Christmas Orders

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR CHRISTMAS ORDER:

Our schedule for October and November is extremely busy at the moment!

We’ll be attending AnimeCon London, Comic Con Liverpool, Comic Con Scotland and MCM London throughout October, making it an incredibly busy month for us.

Then, in November, we’ll be heading to Japan for the entire month. We’re incredibly excited, but this means we won’t be available to pack and ship orders during November.

Once we return from Japan, we’ll be straight into Megacon London on the first weekend of December, so the next few months are going to be very busy for us.

This is why we are opening our Christmas PRE-ORDERS now.

If you’re planning to buy one of our Mystery Boxes or any of our other products as a Christmas gift, please make sure you place your order before the end of October.

IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINE

Orders placed by October 26th:
These orders will be processed and shipped before we leave for Japan, giving them the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

Orders placed during November:

These orders will NOT be shipped during November. All November orders will be treated as pre-orders and will remain unshipped while we are in Japan.

After we return, we’ll then be attending Megacon London on the first weekend of December. Once Megacon is over, we’ll begin processing and shipping all November pre-orders.

This means November orders are not expected to arrive in time for Christmas.

If you are ordering a gift for Christmas and need it to arrive before Christmas Day, your order MUST be placed by October 26th.

We know this is earlier than usual, but with our busy October schedule, our entire month in Japan and Megacon immediately after we return, we want to be completely transparent about our shipping timeline and make sure nobody is caught out.

If it’s a Christmas gift, please order before 31st October.
